From this site you can find out how to watch the legislative sessions on the web and when and what will be broadcast. This has come in handy for when they are discussing of something of particular importance to me, but the television coverage has cut off. (Channel 17's coverage usually only goes until 5 pm although it does go later at times.)
Any amendments that are made on the House floor can only be seen (as far as I am aware) by the general public by checking this site. If you are watching either the televised session or the webcast of the session, you can view the amendments being made on the floor by using this site. It really opens up the process!
